There will be a total of 10 drawings, with winners announced every 20 minutes. Starting at 6pm, a player’s name will be drawn from the electronic raffle. The winner will have 60 seconds to announce that they are on premises and report to the Slot Club.  If the drawing winner is not present, a new name will be chosen.

Once our drawing winner reports to the Slot Club, they will be given an explanation to how the game of Blackjack is played:

The Dealer will give one card face up to the Player, and then one card face down to themselves. Another round of cards is then dealt face up to the Player and the Dealer. Thus, the Player will receive two cards face up, and the Dealer receives one card face down and one card face up. The top card of the Dealer's hand will be shown, and the Player will have the opportunity to either "hit" and receive another card or "stay" and end the game. Each participant attempts to beat the Dealer by ending the game with a hand of greater value than the Dealer, without going over 21. If the hand is exactly 21, it is a Blackjack. Once the Player decides to "stay", the Dealer's face-down card is turned up. At this point, the winner will be determined by comparing hands. Each contestant will win a minimum of $150 cash for being drawn. If the contestant wins the hand, they will be awarded $250 cash. If the contestant hits a Blackjack and wins, they will be awarded $450 cash.

Note:

It is up to each individual player if an ace is worth 1 or 11. Face cards are 10 and any other card is its pip value.

There will be no splitting hands or doubling down.

If the contestant's hand is the same as the dealer's then a "push" ensues which will result in a redeal.

The deck will not be shuffled in a "push" situation.

The deck will be reshuffled for new players.

Dealer will stand on a soft 16.

A Blackjack or "21" by the contestant results in an automatic win

The following pertains to the method of the Dealer. In standard games, the dealer stands on 17. To increase the odds in favor of the player, the Dealer will stand on 16. If the total is 16 or more, it must stand. If the total is 15 or under, they must take a card. The dealer must continue to take cards until the total is 16 or more, at which point the dealer must stand. If the dealer has an ace, and counting it as 11 would bring the total to 16 or more (but not over 21), the dealer must count the ace as 11 and stand. The dealer's decisions, then, are automatic on all plays, whereas the player always has the option of taking one or more cards.

Players will receive entries in the following ways:

1. For every 100 points earned on their Sharp Shooters Player’s Card from October 1st, 2026 through the promotional date.

2. Coupons from their August Newsletter.

3. Bull Durham VIP’s receive 50 additional entries.

4. If requested, a free entry may apply.

 Entries for the drawings are held in an electronic barrel.  

 No points will be deducted from the Player’s account.

 If a name is chosen from the barrel and that player is not present at the event, the next player will be selected from the electronic barrel.  The drawings will continue until a winner is present.

 Players will have 60 seconds to report to the slot club or identify themselves to a staff member to participate.

 Immediate family members and/or members of household of any current staff member may not participate.

 Management has the right to change and or alter any of these rules.                   

 Management reserves all rights to cancel or discontinue at any time.
